Group your tasks by using tags on TickTick

We believe that you’ve seen tags everywhere and definitely, most of you love it. Therefore, we’ve released this feature (though in beta right now) and now let’s see how you can use it effectively on TickTick.

The ‘Tags’ list is hidden by default. So, you should first show it by editing the lists.

Then, you can start creating tasks with tags. It is quite simple. Just add the # symbol in front of any word or phrase.

When clicking on the highlighted content, a 'tags’ icon will appear in right bottom corner and when click on it, you will be directed to the task list labeled by this specific tag.

Now, you can attach at most 5 tags to each task

And you can see all tags by clicking the 'Tags’ list.
